MEDICINE HAT GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MISSION STATEMENT

ORGANIZATION
The Medicine Hat golf and Country Club is a “Community-Shareholder owned not for profit organization” guided by a Chief Operating Officer and a Member elected Board of Directors; that establishes By-Laws, Policies and Fees by which a Golf Experience is delivered to members and guests.

MISSION
Endeavour to continually provide outstanding facilities and services while encouraging good fellowship that meets or exceeds the expectations of our members and guests.

VISION
Strive to further enhance an already premier golf destination by continually improving the playability of the golf course and ancillary facilities and by upgrading the clubhouse amenities.

CORE VALUE AND BELIEFS
Have in place qualified and capable personnel that believe in and support the Club’s Vision and Mission.

Assure financial stability by careful planning and limit borrowing to major development projects while maintaining dues and green fee structure at competitive rates.

Provide a well maintained golf course and ancillary facilities such as driving range and practice areas along with a proshop and clubhouse amenities that are consistent with a total quality golf experience and that encourage continual patronage by members and guests.

Provide members with a reasonable accessibility to playing privileges while striving to ensure the public has access to the golf course, clubhouse and ancillary facilities.

Ensure staff, members and guests are treated equitably and with respect and dignity while providing an atmosphere of friendship and goodwill.

Promote the golf club and its amenities to the members and community through tournaments, special events and cooperative ventures with neighbouring golf clubs.
